A great silk shantung over shirt/jkt by Ossie Clark - his late 70s label that only lasted a few years until the early 80s.
This jacket sits open and is shirt weight. It has slightly padded shoulders, puffed shoulders and pockets. 
A great, glam piece, perfect for covering up in the evenings.
